Merchandise Claims and Returns

Warranty:

  1. Ultimate Survival Technologies warranties its survival tools to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. Warranty does not apply to abused products or normal use, wear, and tear.

  2. Ultimate Survival Technologies warranties its sewn products; vests, body armor and harness, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to abused products or normal use, wear, and tear.

  3. Ultimate Survival Technologies warranties CAPS™ and ARC™ to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to abused products or normal use, wear, and tear.

  4. No returns will be accepted for credit or exchange UNLESS defective or by reason of error in filling the order.

  5. Products purchased from a Ultimate Survival Technologies dealer must be returned to the original dealer.

  6. Any returned products must be sent with a Return Authorization Number, provided by Ultimate Survival Technologies.

  7. Items under warranty or deemed defective will be repaired, or replaced, at Ultimate Survival Technologies' discretion.
